Removed can_edit check. It was redundant and the user experience gain isn't significant enough.

Loading system message gave context issues due to language/user/session being unavailable.
Removed message and gave a default name.

Also talk page naming is now correct.

Prospective 2.0 version.

Rewrite for loading UserFunctions in WSSpaces, PegaCustoms and blanket loading in ExtensionSettings.php instead.
We use this strategy for activating SMW as well. It's faster.

v1.6.9: Add a setting to force space naming in the MediaWiki hook to have the space key, rather than the space id.

This should allow for the hooks to launch that will notify Echo that this also works, while staying in the MW framework.
This will remain in beta until it is fully completed.

KHUB-182: Added SpaceAdmin right when user is part of at least 1 Space Admin group. This can be used to assign rights to in the Wiki.
